🧾 Gourisen Refund Policy

At Gourisen Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our dealings. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment on our platform.

✅ No Questions ASK Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes users may not feel ready or capable of continuing their journey. That’s why Gourisen offers a “No Questions ASK Refund Policy” for selected entry-level packages.

This policy applies only to the following packages:

  • Only Part-Time Income Opportunity
  • Bronze Package
  • ZERO Miles Active Package

If any user joins Gourisen with one of the above packages and later feels that income is not coming as expected or finds it difficult to continue, they are eligible for a 100% refund of their package amount.

Terms of this policy:
  • The user can surrender their ID at any time after 90 days from the date of joining.
  • No reason or explanation is required.
  • Upon request, Gourisen will refund the full amount paid for the eligible package, with no questions asked.

Note: This policy is not applicable to higher-tier packages or milestone-based plans.

📌 General Refund Guidelines

  • All payments made for registration, subscriptions, training, and course access are generally non-refundable, except where stated otherwise (e.g., No Questions ASK Refund Policy or in case of technical errors).
  • Once a digital service is accessed, it is considered consumed and not eligible for a refund.

🚫 Refunds Not Applicable In These Cases

  • If the user changes their mind after making the payment.
  • If the account remains unused.
  • If the user is disqualified or deactivated due to policy violations.
  • For any services not included under the No Questions ASK Refund Policy.

📬 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Email us at support@gourisen.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • User ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund (optional if claiming under No Questions ASK policy)

Our support team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
